Pressure Washing Tips
Use only chemicals and pressure washer cleaning solutions that are approved for pressure washer use. Using unapproved detergents, or the wrong amount may be environmentally damaging. Be careful when spraying around windows, flowers, vents, eaves, or light fixtures. They can break or become damaged if aimed directly at them. Don’t randomly spray everywhere. These random sprayings are not detailed and will make you miss spots. Spray horizontally with smooth left to right movements. In one strike cover 3-4 feet wide area. Test your pressure washer’s power. Pressure washers are extremely powerful and if you start too close you could damage the surface you’re cleaning. Start spraying few feet away from any suface. Slowly bring your wand to closer to the surface. Move your wand side-to-side a couple of times and check if the surface is clean. If additional cleaning is needed, move your wand gradually closer until you have achieved the desired result.
Pavers Sealing Tips
Pavers have to be completely dry before sealing. Most stains can be removed 80-100% with the aid of chemicals. Sealing is usually a two-day process. Clean one day, seal the next day. A non-slip additive is recommended for marble pavers. Two coats of sealer are recommended for new pavers. Pavers that have been previously sealed only need one, as it can cause a hazy appearance. Travertine or marble only gets one as it can become slippery.and edit me.
